- Rates are based on 4 adults.
- An extra person adds US$20 per night / Child under 10 adds US$10 per night.
- Rates include all services (water, electricity, gas, linen, Wi-Fi internet, cable TV etc.)
No other charges will be levied.
For booking and reservation:
Deposit amount of 30% of the total stay is charged at the time of booking confirmation. The balance will need to be paid on arrival in cash either US or NT Dollars.(US$1=NT$30 will be used to convert the currency.)
Bond/ Security deposit: A refundable bond of US$200 will need to be paid 5 days before Check-In by Paypal / Credit card imprint as security deposit. In case of damage to the apartment or loss of a key, we will charge you for the replacement cost. It will be fully refunded / reversed back to you after final inspection on the Check-out day.
Arrival and Departure time: Check- in 15:00, Check-out: 12:00 (Due to early or late flight schedule, check-in/out time can be varied depending on availability.) Apartment assistant will wait for you at the apartment to organise Check-In. Key will be given to you at the time of receiving the balance payment.
Late / Early Check-In: Guests who check-in after 23:00 at night or before 9:30 am in the morning need to pay an extra service fee of US$30 for organising staff to wait for you after hour at the apartment.
Transfer Services: Pick-up services are available from the airport to the apartment by request. Driver will pick you up directly from the airport arrival hall and use a luxury Mercedes limousine/6-9 seater van for delivery. Single trip US$60, Return trip US$110.
Cancellation policy: The deposit amount is fully refundable if we are able to rent the apartment over the relevant period after you give us the notification of the cancellation.

Other Apartments: We also have other apartments to refer our guests to. If your preferred dates are not available, we can assist you to stay at a different apartment in Xin Yi or Neihu area.
